When hard plastics designated with 2, 5, or 7 are delivered to the Ecotech™ facility, we sort the items, and they are immediately given a tracking code. That code remains through our Ecotech™ FullCircle process. This code remains through shredding, cleaning, melting, being turned into pellets, testing, and an eventual product. This way, if we ever need to know precisely what is in this new product, we can find that out.
All Ecotech™ FullCircle resins are created in our facilities. We are RCS certified. This means we know the materials that make up the final products we produce.
When materials enter our Ecotech™ facilities, we designate them with a code that stays with them through our entire Ecotech™ FullCircle process. This resin used to be car seats!
